Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of ClipRadar (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What ClipRadar is
ClipRadar is an aggregator. We collect publicly listed pay-per-view clipping campaigns from third-party platforms (such as Whop and ContentRewards) and present them in one searchable dashboard with alerts, filters, and community-sourced payout reliability signals. It also offers clip tools that suggest and render clips from videos you give it (section 7).
We are not a party to any campaign. We do not host campaigns, employ creators, set rates, hold budgets, or pay clippers. You claim, submit work for, and get paid by the source platform or campaign owner — never by ClipRadar. Any dispute over a campaign, payout, or flagged submission is between you and that platform or owner.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person or entity per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@clipradar.co of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid access is sold on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Optional add-ons — tracking capacity, clip credits, monthly clip add-ons, usage credits and developer-API credits — are sold alongside it, some recurring and some as one-time packs; each says which at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers: NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) and Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for card purchases and is therefore the seller on your card statement. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Access is granted for the paid period once a payment confirms. Card payments confirm immediately; cryptocurrency payments confirm on-chain, which may take a few minutes.
- Prices may change; any change applies to future billing periods, and we’ll notify you before a change affects you.
- You are responsible for any taxes, network fees, or currency conversion costs charged by the payment provider or your bank.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish ClipRadar’s aggregated data or reliability scores without written permission.
- Submit false payout reports or manipulate reliability scores.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to break the terms of any third-party platform, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Reliability scores & campaign data
Reliability scores and campaign details are informational and provided “as is.” They are built from community reports and automated collection, may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and are not a guarantee of payment, quality, or availability. Decisions you make based on them are your own. Verify details on the source platform before acting.
A reliability score is a summary of what members have reported about being paid. It is not our own assertion that a campaign or its host did anything wrong, and a low score can reflect a slow payout window, a rule a clipper missed, or too few reports to say much at all. Scores are shown to signed-in members and are not published on the open web.
If you host a campaign and believe a score about you is wrong — tell us, and we will look at what it is built from. Email support@clipradar.co with the subject line Score dispute. We correct anything we find to be inaccurate, mark a genuinely contested score as disputed so members see that it is, and remove reports we determine to be false. We do not remove accurate reports, and we do not disclose who filed them. The full route is on our copyright and takedowns page.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service links to and references third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or conduct. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.
7. Clip tools
Where your account has them, the clip tools suggest clips from a video you give us (a cut list) and render the ones you order. Using them means agreeing to the following:
- You are responsible for having the right to clip, edit and post the source video. A clipping campaign normally grants that for its own content; for anything else it is on you. Do not use the clip tools on video you have no right to use.
- A cut list is produced by an AI model watching the video. Its timestamps, hooks, captions and scores can be wrong. Check a clip before you post it.
- We do not guarantee that a campaign will accept a clip, count its views or pay for it. Whether a clip meets a campaign's rules is between you and that campaign.
- A clip with a cold open contains an AI-generated voice. Where a platform or the law requires AI-generated content to be labelled, labelling the clip you post is your responsibility.
- A rendered clip can be downloaded for 48 hours and is then deleted. Keep your own copy.
- We limit how many cut lists and clips an account can make, and may change those limits.
7a. Posting to YouTube
Where your account has it, you can connect a YouTube channel and post clips to it. This feature uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel or using this feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- ClipRadar uploads only the clips you schedule, to the channel you pick, with the title, description and time you set. You are responsible for what you post and for following YouTube's rules and each campaign's rules.
- What we access and store, and how long we keep it, is in section 3a of our Privacy Policy (/privacy#youtube).
- You can disconnect a channel at any time in AI Clips, or revoke ClipRadar's access from your Google Account's security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- We may limit how many clips can be posted or scheduled, and we may change or end this feature if YouTube changes its API or its terms.
7b. Posting to TikTok
Where your account has it, you can connect a TikTok account and post clips to it. This feature uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. By connecting an account or using this feature, you agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service, and by posting you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation (and, for a post you mark as branded content, its Branded Content Policy).
- ClipRadar posts only the clips you choose, to the account you pick, with the caption, privacy and interaction settings you choose before each post, now or at the time you set. Nothing is pre-selected for you.
- Clipping campaigns pay you to promote something. Whether a post must be disclosed as commercial content is your responsibility, under TikTok's rules, the law where you and your viewers are, and the campaign's own rules. Turn on the commercial-content setting when it applies.
- A scheduled post goes out within a few minutes of the time you set. If TikTok refuses it at that time (for example because the account reached its daily posting limit), we try again later; we do not promise it posts at an exact minute, or at all if TikTok keeps refusing.
- What we access and store, and how long we keep it, is in section 3b of our Privacy Policy (/privacy#tiktok). You can disconnect at any time in AI Clips or in the TikTok app's settings.
- We may limit how many clips can be posted or scheduled, and we may change or end this feature if TikTok changes its API or its terms.
7c. Posting to Instagram
Where your account has it, you can connect an Instagram professional account and post clips to it as Reels. This feature uses Meta's Instagram API. By connecting an account or using this feature, you agree to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Use and the Instagram Community Guidelines.
- ClipRadar publishes only the clips you choose, to the account you pick, with the caption you set, now or at the time you set.
- Clipping campaigns pay you to promote something. Disclosing a paid partnership where Instagram's rules, the law or the campaign require it is your responsibility.
- A scheduled Reel goes out within a few minutes of the time you set. If Instagram refuses it at that time, we try again later; we do not promise it posts at an exact minute, or at all if Instagram keeps refusing.
- What we access and store, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted, is in section 3c of our Privacy Policy (/privacy#instagram). You can disconnect at any time in AI Clips or in Instagram's settings.
- We may limit how many clips can be posted or scheduled, and we may change or end this feature if Meta changes its API or its terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and compiled data presentation, is owned by ClipRadar and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any campaign or score is accurate or will result in earnings.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipRadar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ClipRadar harmless from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any campaign, source platform, or campaign owner you found through the Service.
14. Notices
We give you notice by email to the address on your account, or by posting on the Service. You give us notice at support@clipradar.co. Notice is effective when sent.
15. Assignment & severability
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.
- If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and (if you join the affiliate programme) the Affiliate Terms, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right stands.
Before filing anything, please email support@clipradar.co and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most disputes end there, and it costs you nothing to try.
